STRIP CUT DROP VESSEL
This little cup and its ‘saucer’ are made using multiple processes and steps. Each step on its own produces lovely effects but by combining them you can create some truly stunning pieces of glass art.
The colours in the piece are a combination of the original glass, as well as the results of controlled reactions. The design is an advanced form of the strip cut technique and the shape comes from the use of a drop ring.
